He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Leroy and Dorethy Elizabeth Frantz (Smith); his daughter Dana Frantz; and his siblings, Garold Frantz, Daniel Frantz, Dale Frantz, Janet Cagle and Brenda Doolen.
He is survived by: his former wife Jane Myers; his wife Martha "Marty" Witteklend-Eads; his son Timothy Frantz (Mary) of Columbia, Missouri; his stepson Thomas Eads of Secor; his grandchildren, Alyson Thorp (Matt) of El Paso, Miranda Frantz of Denver, Jessica Eads of Springbay and Nicolas Eads of East Peoria; and his brother Norman Frantz of Knoxville, Tennessee.
