He is survived by: his wife Sandra Paul; his children, Scott Stewart (Angela Hills) of Bartonville, Deloris Cotton (Kay) of East Peoria, Ginny Lee Cotton-Pribble of Springfield, Lilly Conover (Arthur) of Seabring, Holly Massey of Seabring and Adella Cotton of Peoria; and his siblings, Mary Kidd of East Peoria, Raymond Cotton of East Peoria, Brenda Brower (Courtland) of Pekin, Michael Cotton (Sandra) and Patti Bruce. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
