She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Halsted and Zelma Halsted (Atteberry). She is survived by: her daughters, Shelley Tiller (Jack), Teresa Davis (Jim Taylor) and Lorrie Thornton (Greg Reed); and her grandchildren, Bryan Tiller (Jennifer), Bryce Tiller (Diane), Hillary Tiller, Courtney Morse (Scott), Tricia Grisham (Terry), Hank Thornton (Andrea), Heather White (Mike) and Heath Thornton (Katie). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Parkview Cemetery (2001 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604).

Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Peoria.
