She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Anderson and Alma Anderson; and her husband Robert Choate. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Potter (Mike) and Robert Jr. Choate (Janet) of East Peoria. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
