She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Stephenson and Lela Rodden Stephenson; her spouse Chaplain Larry D. Kirk; her brother Dan Stephenson (Martha); her niece Cathy Jorgensen; and her nephew Michael Cochran.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Kirk of Marseilles, Sheryl Schoedel (John) of Crown Point, IN and Stephen Kirk (Debbie) of Springfield; her granddaughters, Cassie Kirk and Marissa Schoedel; her sister Jane Cochran (Jim) of Davenport, IA; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Kirk of Modesto, CA.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Northern Tazewell Rescue Squad.
