She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah "Clayton" and Nokie Mae Webb (Wilson). She is survived by: her spouse Coy A. Talley; her children, Carol Ballard (Leland) of East Peoria, Rhonda Phelps (Rich) of Mapleton, Tanya Perry (Dale) of Kingsville, Missouri and Tom Talley (Cathy); her grandchildren, Stacy Waller (Daniel) of Eureka, Greg Ballard (Tracey) of Mahomet, Timothy Ballard, Nicolas Perry (Rose) of Oregon and Carissa Bates (Scott) of Independence, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Alison Miller (Cole) of Washington, Andrea Fuller (Mitchell) of Eureka, Meghan Peecher (Zac) of Bourbonnais, Samantha Ballard of San Diego, Sidney Ballard of Pekin, Clayton Waller of Eureka and Logan Ballard of Mahomet; her great great grandchildren, Colton Ballard, Josie Miller and Tinley Fuller; and her sister Juanita Shourd of Arkansas.
