Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lois Cowen of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Phillipsburg, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 76, on August 27, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Bowden and Evalena Bowden (Schultz); her husband Elbert Edward Cowen; and her sister Ruth Anne Bowden. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Cowen, Jacqueline Kunz (Michael), Amy Cowen-Walden (Dave), James Cowen (Deanna) and Jason Cowen (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ashley (Andrew), Nathaniel, Kolten, Olivia, Morgan, Emma, Meghan, Magge, Sophia and Luke; and her siblings, Lee, George, John Bowden, Gess of Maryland and Doris Kiple.
