Blair of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Blair and Margaret Blair (Carter); and his great grandchild Rowen Martin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parker of East Peoria; his daughter Veronica Blair (Angela Robison) of Washington; his grandchildren, Brandon Martin (Madison Morse) of Canton, Jacob Flowers of Chicago and Kirsten Flowers (Kevin Barreda); his great grandchild Maya of Dublin, Ohio; and his sister Sonjia Armstrong of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and honorary grandkids.
