With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Decapp of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2021 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence Decapp to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert DeCapp and Anne DeCapp (DeBlieck); his son Kent Michael DeCapp; and his sisters, Janet Lampe and Doris Seams.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Hartness; his daughter-in-law Hallie DeCapp; his grandchildren, Kaleb (Kitara Martin) and Kylee DeCapp; his sisters, Betty Plumb of Port Byron, IL and Pat Popelier (Morry) of East Moline, IL; and his brother-in-law Ron Lampe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, CDC guidelines will be followed with social distancing in place and masks required.
