It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Brooke Kolesar Menard of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Havana, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Jesse A. Reese. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas C. Kolesar and Beverly D. Starnes Kolesar; her children, Cody D. Davis, Kyle B. Davis, Mackenzie L. Lusk and Devin M. Lusk; and her siblings, Steve Kolesar, Mike Kolesar, John Kolesar, Scott Kolesar and Angela Kolesar.
