She was predeceased by: her parents, John Geier and Eva Geier (Heinz). She is survived by: her children, Heidi Higginson (Jonathan) of Boston, MA, Bryan Hefner (Paige) of Morton, IL and Scott Hefner (Kara) of Huntley; and her siblings, Alice Giacoletti (Ray) of East Peoria and John Geier (Yolanda) of San Antonio, TX.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
