Joe left this world on February 26, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cosby and Hazel Eilene Ballard (Foiles). He is survived by: his children, Tammy Shane (Larry), Lori Garde (Don), Tanya Gray (Todd) and Gary Ballard (Rachel); and his brother Dave Ballard (Bobbie). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
