It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joann Lee Skaggs (East Peoria, Illinois), who passed away on December 5, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Nancy Greer. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Emmons and Iva Emmons (Lynn); her children, Tom Greer, Vickie McClure (Dennis) and Sherry Crow (Glenn); and her niece Mary Jane Hamilton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Humane Society or TAP's.
