She was predeceased by: her father Bill. She is survived by: her spouse Andrew "Ed" Boley; her children, Ryan Bohm of Manito and Kailey Bohm of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Ryian Caldwell and Peyton Bohm; her mother Sharon of Peoria; and her siblings, Debbie Whetstone (Mike) of Peoria, Rick Landis (Kathy) of Lake Camelot and Diane Landis-Weber (Paul) of Chillicothe.
