He was predeceased by: his father James Lee. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Marie Melz, Sr. (Nelson); his children, Jacob Ragon of Union City, Tennessee and Whitney Ragon of Heiskel, Tennessee; his grandson Hunter; his sister Melz (Wayne Stockstill) of Mackinaw; and his nephew Jaxson.
