We bid farewell to Helen T. Couri of East Peoria, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 26, 2024 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Joseph and Selma Joseph; her husband Robert F. Couri; and her son-in-law James Treber. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Treber, Lynne Jacobs (David), Carol Couri, Renee Mattern, Kathie Risen (Patrick), Lori Densberger (Daniel), Lisa Adlington (Timothy) and Robert Couri, Jr. (Linda); and her sister Eileen Unes (Leonard). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Monica Catholic Church (303 Campanile Dr, East Peoria, IL 61611). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers preferred memorials in Helen's memory may be made as masses in her memory or to the ITOO Society.
