He is survived by: his wife Glenda Rowe; his children, Joey Ortega of East Peoria and Bobbi Coffman (Matt) of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Ayden and Addy; and his siblings, Tammy Hickman (Ernie) of San Jose, Teresa Williams (Wade) of Leoma, TN, Lisa Rowe (Gary) of Groveland, Jean Stockham of Havana, Linda Wilson of Havana and Tom Reed of North Pekin.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
