She is survived by: her sons, Hal McIntosh (Connie) of East Peoria and Rob McIntosh (Sherry) of Eureka; her grandchildren, Rob McIntosh, Jr. (Sarah Parker), Tara Lynn (Brandon) and Amanda McIntosh; her great grandchildren, Ava and Rose; and her brothers, Earl Sheets (Mary) and Thomas Sheets (Fran).
