He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Merritt Stout and Beverly Stout-Tibbetts (Kautz); and his brother Dan Tibbetts. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stout of East Peoria; his children, Angie Grishaw (Chris Newtson) of East Peoria and Tim Stout (Patty) of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Turner, Bethany Grishaw, Dawson and Anna Stout; and his brother Dale Stout.
