He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mehn and Edna Mehn; and his siblings, Edward Mehn, Pearl Calhoun, Ruth Marsh, Shirley Stamper and Linda Boswell.

He is survived by: his children, Dora Davis (Rocky), Sherry Barnwell (Benny), Francis Jr. and Jon Mehn (Beth); and his siblings, Betty Lucas, Margie Clark, Mary Lee and Johnnie Mehn. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
