She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Burks and Lula Payne Burks; and her husband Michael Glen Cassidy. She is survived by: her daughter Ellen J. Cassidy; her stepdaughter Patricia K. Stokes; her children, Vickie Winter (Marty), Michelle Platt (Chad), Kelli Osborn (Bill) and Chris Cassidy (Amie); her stepchildren, Michael G. Cassidy, Jerry K. Cassidy and Sharon A. Eichner (Merlin); her sisters, Bonnie Carter and Linda Rose; and her half-brother Wilbur Burks. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
