We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2019, at the age of 83, Edgar L. Chapman (East Peoria, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evert Leon and Otelia Chapman (Coburn); his sons, Terrence Chapman (Kathy-Ann Moe) of Austin, TX. and Benjamin Chapman (Lauren Gauthier) of Buffalo, NY; his grandchildren, Eden, Audrey and Ryan Chapman; and his brother Richard Chapman (Marilyn).

Memorials may be made to Bradley University.
