He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Wiegand and Frances R. Wiegand (Kiser); and his siblings, Jim Wiegand and Kay Wiegand. He is survived by: his children, Darrell (Emily) and Valerie Kay Wiegand; his brother Jack Wiegand (Paula); and his grandchildren, Roniya Kay Wiegand-Scott, Natalie and Paige Wiegand.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in East Peoria.
