He is survived by: his children, Steven Armstrong (Naomi) of Peoria, Darrin Armstrong of Peoria Heights, Darcy Robinson (Greg) of Morton and Danielle Roat (Steve) of Groveland; and his brothers, Dale Armstrong (Donna) of Chillicothe, Dean Armstrong of Crothersville and David Armstrong of Marietta, Georgia.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
