He was predeceased by: his brother Cameron Lee; and his aunt Denise Lee. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Lee and Kelly Lee (Hatcher); his daughter Kennedy Lee of Marquette Heights, IL.; his grandmother Nancy Hatcher of Creve Coeur; his sister Danielle Stull (Tim) of Spring Bay, IL; his uncle Joe Phipps of Creve Coeur; and his aunts, Sherry Rule of Pekin, Laura Osborn of Trivoli, Patty Poland of Marquette Heights, Teresa Helfers of Pekin, Cheryl Andrews of Chillicothe and Brenda Rowe of Peoria.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Blake's name.
