With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willie F. Scales Sr. of East Moline, Illinois, born in Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta "Vick" Holmes-Taylor and Willie Taylor; and his sister Debra Garner. He is survived by: his spouse Carleasha Kelley; his children, Willie Scales, Jr. (Casstialeigh), Antwoine Eubanks, Jamarlo Scales, DeBrisha Scales, Skyya Gavin (Jerrod), Tino Johnson, Danarion Scales and Shaquela Owens; his stepchildren, Dshawitwain, Dramonte and Dianthia Kelley; his son Chardale Govain; his nieces, Lakisha and Lamerera Randle; his nephew Darryl Shears (Tiffany Krunzel); and his close friend Debra Govain. He is also survived by 8 great-nieces and great-nephews.
