He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Raymond and Ethel Mae Blair (Harvey); and his sister Phyllis K. Semelroth. He is survived by: his wife Karen Blair; his children, William T. Blair II (Suzanne) of Thurmont, MD, Joseph T. Blair (Danette) of New Braunfels, TX, Jonathan Blair (Becky) of Inwood, WV, Keith "Erick" Blair of Danville, IL, Aaron M. Blair of Spring, TX, Erin Ohsann (Adam) of Camanache, IA and James Woods (Julie) of Davenport, IA; his grandchildren, Megan, Madeline, Meredith, Collin, Travis, Addison, Cameron, Daniel, Isabella, Wyatt, Andersen and Marik; and his sisters, Marilyn R. Slifer of Danville, IL, Janet E. Covert, MD and Susan E. Poe (Ken) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
