He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman G. Lieving and Virdie Victoria Lieving (Morrison); his son Ritchie; and his siblings, Grace, Doris, Evelyn and Mal.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Winger (Speer); his children, Doug Lieving, Milan, Tony Lieving (Joanne), Kerry Lieving (Denise), Craig Winger (Karen) of Williamsville, IL and Angie Anderson (Jeff); his siblings, Phyllis L. Johnson (Bettendorf) and Junior Lieving; and his brother-in-law Jerry Malmen. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
