We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2020, at the age of 98, Virginia Haglund (East Moline, Illinois), born in Moline, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester D. Pettifer and Norma Pettifer (Weigandt); her husband Joseph A. Rossi, Sr.; her siblings, Vernon, Richard Pettifer and Carol Smolenski; and her granddaughter Theresa Anderson Abel.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Lee Anderson (Donald) of Rio, IL, Joseph Rossi, Carol McDermott (Jim), Samuel Neal Haglund (Jennifer) and Marilyn Phipps (John); and her brother Bill Pettifer (Linda). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; and 24 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Orion, where she was a member.
