The memory of Thomas R. Phelps (East Moline, Illinois), who passed away on February 26, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth; and his brother-in-law Jim Carr. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sons, Spencer, Austin, Andy and Caleb; his daughters-in-law, Jessica, Rachel and Amanda; and his grandchildren, Alida, Ava, Isaiah, Logan, Noah, Micah, Olivia and Ellie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wildwood Church (18717 Hubbard Rd, East Moline, IL 61244). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (410 S High St, Port Byron, IL 61275).
