She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Bailey and Anna Bailey (Miles); and her brothers, Jimmy and Roger Bailey. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Rangel (Christie), Coal Valley and Troy Rangel; her grandchildren, Abigaille, Victoria and Isaiah Rangel; and her siblings, Trisha Bevans (Bob), Helen Pearson (Steve Timm), Connie Garcia (Ron), Christine Martinez, Gary Bailey and Ken "Butch" Bailey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and her special friend.
