He was predeceased by: his child Preceding; his parents, Melvin Jack Duree Swank and Patricia Ann Swank (Melton); and his brother Michael Duree Swank. He is survived by: his pet Hunter; his siblings, Laure DeMink (Leon) and Kelly Swank-McGee (Pat); his children, Cole Thomas Swank and Elizabeth Ann Swank; his grandchild Paisley Galloway; his niece Jackie DeMink; his nephew J. D. Rose; and his aunt Sue Trask (Swank).
