He is survived by: his children, Mark Rice (Sandy) of Hampton, IL, Diana Moody (Richard) of Bell Canyon, CA and Mary Beth Barnett (Matthew) of Bell Canyon, CA; his grandchildren, Marissa Jezusko (Jake) of Apple Valley, MN, Samuel Jackson Moody of Los Angeles, CA, Hannah Doyle (Dan) of Annandale, VA, Ryder Moody (Ilica) of Brooklyn, NY, Hunter and Madyson Barnett of Bell Canyon, CA; his great grandchildren, Mark Bennett, Emma, Zachary, Sawyer and Logan; and his caregiver Catherine VanHecke.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church - Moline (1307 17th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
