She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lynn and Verlie Effie Hastings Sr. (Langley); her husband Lewis Wilmont "Monty" Watson; and her siblings, Margaret Flowers, Louis Hastings Jr. and Donald Hastings.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam (Ed Lawson) and Dianna (Jerry Biernat); and her grandchildren, Erica (Denzil), Jeff (DaNene), Sarah (Kyle), Lisa (Shawn) and Felicia. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church (1201 13th St, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the church.
