She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Juarez (Fernando) of Moline; her brothers, Robert Theuninck (Lori) of Moline and Randy Theuninck of East Moline; her stepson Patrick Phillips (Kim) of Milan; and her grandchildren, Fernando Jr., Yasmin Rosa Juarez and Noel Juarez of Moline. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
