He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Pannell and Merle Nye Pannell; his nephew Jerry Bleyaert; and his brother-in-law John Bleyaert. He is survived by: his wife Donna Palmer; his children, Robin Dennison (Jeff), Wendy Coyne (Larry), Michael Pannell (Peggy), Mitchell Pannell (Xochi) and David Pannell (Winna); his grandchildren, Heather Eyssi (Ron), Lindsay Allcock (Joe), Brandon Pannell (Stephanie), Brad Pannell, Christy Hansen (Todd), Emilie Pinkston (Steve) and Brittany Pannell; his great grandchildren, Dacoda, Caitlyn, Jazmin, Taylor, Addison, Easton, Kane, Karson, Kolton, Sam, Henry and Elliott; his sister Sally Bleyaert of Fort Myers, Fla.; his nieces and nephews, Johnny, Julie and Jody; and his close friend George.
Capacity limitations will be monitored and face masks and social distancing will be required.
