He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Bliss; his children, DeWayne Sickels (Rhonda) of Jefferson City, MO, Pam Garien (Randy) of Maquoketa, IA and Lori Brown (Jeff) of Wausau, WI; and his sister Ruth Bailey. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
