He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Voorhis and Helen L. Voorhis (Schwebel); and his wife Janet Faur. He is survived by: his son Dennis Voorhis; his grandchild Taylor Vanskike (Landon); his great grandchildren, Kynleigh and Adalynn; and his brother Henry Voorhis (Mary).
