He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbett Kelley and Germaine Kelley (Minnie). He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Rasso Alvarez; his children, Diane Kelley (Steve Novak) of Frankfurt, Pat Moore of Neosho and Jude Wehrley of Arlington, Texas; his stepchildren, Ferdinand Alvarez (Lori) of Rock Island, Alan Alvarez (Sally) of Sioux City and Adele Alvarez of Rock Island; his grandchildren, Aaron Fisher, Rachael Fisher-Covert, Kiel Moore (Emilie), Patrick Bennett (Cassie), Jenny Wehrley, Michael Wehrley, Jason Davis, Natosha Davis, Danny Paskell III, Aden Julio Tucker Alvarez, Lindsay Russell (Tim), Emily Murphy (Bob), Kara Sebben, Sara Peterson, Ashley Alvarez and Coethe Adams II; and his siblings, Karen Hutton and Jim Kelley. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Dick's memory.
