He was predeceased by: his parents, James Riley and Gertrude L. Culbertson (Utterback); and his siblings, Larry, Roy and Linda Culbertson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Fraikes; his children, Todd Culbertson and Cheri Tomlin (Steve Aber); his grandchildren, Ashley Mikel (Jake), Tiffany Tomlin and Kyle Tomlin; his great grandchild Trace Mikel; his siblings, Carl B. Culbertson and Connie Hainline (Michael); his friend Joe Buller (Fran); and his cousin Joellyn.
