Billings of East Moline, Illinois, born in Ladora, Iowa, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Horn and Laura Nedderman Horn; her spouse Cecil Billings; and her grandson Doug. She is survived by: her children, Gordon Billings of East Moline, James Billings (Mary Sue) of East Moline and Shirley Billings of Hampton. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
