He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hansen and Jean Hansen (Kuehl); and his brothers, Gary, Dick and John Hansen.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Freese; his children, Kylen, Allissa, Culley, Seth, John Hansen, Sara Varela (Tim) and Justin Kump (Bethany); and his brother Robert Hansen. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
