It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maggie Trice (East Moline, Illinois), born in West Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on June 27, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ellie Trice; her sons, Kelton Trice and Samuel Mc Kenzie; her stepchildren, Michael Trice and Willie Mae Crenshaw; her aunts, Willie M. Brown, Mariah Mc Cray, Mattie L. Jones and Mary Hudson; her uncle Charlie Jones; her nephews, Melvin D. Smith and Allen White; and her niece Jeanette R. Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Mc Kenzie of Moline and Franchon Harris of Omaha, NE; her daughter-in-law Joyce Byrd; her granddaughter Janice McKenzie-Drummond (Michael) of Davenport; her sisters, Jessie McClain of South Bend, IN, Bernice White and Lillian Lovelady; her stepchildren, Deborah Davis (Anthony), Ronnie Trice, Denise Trice, East Moline, Tammy Trice and Josie Harris; her nieces and nephews, Catherine Grundy-Davis (Roy) of South Bend, IN, Nettie Williams of South Bend, IN, Bernice Harris of South Bend, IN, Charlene Smith of South Bend, IN, Karen Smith, Cedric Smith, Joe Mobley (Deborah) and Brian Johnson; her close friends, Willie Mae Cummings, Frances Jackson and East Moline; and also East Moline.
