He is survived by: his friends, Lee and Stephanie; his wife Stephanie; his sons, Mike (Sue), Dave and Steve (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Pam, James, Luke, Matt (Abby), Alex, Kristin, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Anna, Ben, Dan and Cathy.
