It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kernon G. Creen of East Moline, Illinois, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kernon G. Creen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Creen and Marion Creen (Olson); his sisters, Deanna Westmyer and Marilyn Rochholz; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Chalder, Bob Westmyer and Rod Rochholz.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Theresa "Terri" Hogue (John), Lisa Cahoy (Eric) and Eaton; his sister Patricia Chalder of Moline, IL; his grandchildren, Adam Friedrich (Alicia), Ashley Hartig (Dylan), Kristin Moore (Jeremiah), Alex Hogue (Sydnee), Morgan Smith (Jordan) and Austin Hogue (Rachel Hess); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Evan, Dakota, Owen, Natalie, Conor, Cameron and Violet.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (1416 3rd Ave, Port Byron, IL 61278). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Contributions may be made to the family for a memorial to be decided.
