He is survived by: his mother Sandra Lane (Bob); his wife Rachel Sullivan; his brothers, Russell Frew (Jen) and Justin Frew; his in-laws, Brian, Tammy Sullivan, Aaron Sullivan (Jill), Seth Sullivan (Ashley), Megan Denney (Ryan) and Nick Sletten (Alissa); his nieces and nephews, Payton, Henry, Aiden, Sophia, Stella and CeCe; and his pet Moto-Moto.
