It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewell Perkins (East Moline, Illinois), born in Texarkana, Texas, who passed away on January 18, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ray and Clara Belle Ray (Howard); her son Martin Perkins; and her siblings, Willie Burrell and Bobby Ray.

She is survived by: her children, Claranne Perkins, Robert Perkins (Chris) and William (Robbin). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, sister.
