He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Cobb and Rose Modde Cobb; his daughter Karyn; his wife Ronda Marie Fostervold; his sisters, Doris Thompson and Marjorie Wright; and his nephew Michael Ferguson.
He is survived by: his brother Jim Cobb (Sandy); and his nieces, Cindy Ferguson of East Moline, Becky Natsis (Mike) of Moline, Marsha Bohn (Burkhard) of Atlanta, Georgia, Cynthia Ball (Glenn) of Colona and Kim Wright of East Moline.
Memorials may be made to the Arc of Rock Island or the Veterans Memorial Honor Flight.
