As Irene departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Irene may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Irene leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Townsend and Mable Townsend (Taylor); and her husband Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Steve Bachman (Deborah) of Smithville, Ann Ellis (Charles) of Port Byron, Cindy Siedentop (Keith) of Lawrenceville and Georgia; her stepdaughter Debbie Markley (Jim) of Coeur D'Alene; and her sisters, Darlene, Shirley and Patricia. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
