He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Layman and Lela Layman (Dodd); his sister Janet; and his grandparents, Charlie, Margaret Dodd (Beasly), Abe Lee and Edna.
He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Lance (Jim) of Hoopeston, IL and Amanda Layman; his brother Bob Layman (Becky Humbert); his granddaughters, Emma, Anna, Audrey and Evie; and his pet Haliey.
